CSR Expectations

The importance of a helpful, thorough, and efficient CSR is paramount to the company’s success. This is a fast paced position and our customer service representatives are the face of Wag’n World and the expectations listed below must be met daily;

  • Always greet clientele with a happy and helpful disposition (in person, over the phone, and messages)

  • Be presentable. You are the face of the company.

  • Maintain a clean and tidy lobby and work space.

  • Answer phone calls and messages. (E-mail, Broadly, Gingr texts, etc.)

  • Consistently check for new notifications coming in.

  • Familiarize yourself with our general hours, prices, and policies.

  • Consistently check the waitlist and monitor the facility calendar.

  • Be aware of and available during our rush hours (weekdays from 8am-9:30am, 11am-1pm, & 5-6:30pm, as well as first and last 30m on Saturdays).
