CSR Expectations
The importance of a helpful, thorough, and efficient CSR is paramount to the company’s success. This is a fast paced position and our customer service representatives are the face of Wag’n World and the expectations listed below must be met daily;
Always greet clientele with a happy and helpful disposition (in person, over the phone, and messages)
Be presentable. You are the face of the company.
Maintain a clean and tidy lobby and work space.
Answer phone calls and messages. (E-mail, Broadly, Gingr texts, etc.)
Consistently check for new notifications coming in.
Familiarize yourself with our general hours, prices, and policies.
Consistently check the waitlist and monitor the facility calendar.
Be aware of and available during our rush hours (weekdays from 8am-9:30am, 11am-1pm, & 5-6:30pm, as well as first and last 30m on Saturdays).
