Our experienced and knowledgeable staff will fully supervise your dog with plenty of love, care, and exercise while you are away from home or at work. Wag’n World was founded by Nathan Rao in 2017. After breaking free of his 12 year career in the oil and gas industry, he was able to pursue his love of dogs professionally. Starting Wag’n World was full of ups and downs, but Nathan was able to persevere with support from the community AND AWESOME STAFF. He is incredibly proud of the family he has been able to build and looks forward to all the future has to offer. In his personal life, Nathan enjoys working out, spending time with his family, and pampering his rescue dog, George.

Graham grew up in California before moving to Texas. He has been working in the dog daycare industry since 2016 and has been a part of Wag’n World since 2021. In his spare time, Graham enjoys painting, watching movies, and reading books. He is currently attending school for radiology.

Emily began her Wag’n World journey in 2019. You can always catch her reading fantasy books featuring dragons in her off time. Emily’s true love’S ARE Daenerys (DANY) HER 11 YEAR OLD BOXER MIX AND CYNDRAGOSA (CYNDR), her 2 year old GERMAN SHEPHERD/BULLDOG mix. Look for them AT STATE PARKS CAMPING OR in the hill country, where they spend THEY FREQUENTLY GO hiking and play in the rivers and lakes. Emily is proud to serve as Wag’n World’s Regional Human Resource Director and strives to provide an exemplary experience for employees and clients alike!

Ty’Sun started his career with Wag’n World in 2022. He has a background in agriculture and the medical field. In his spare time, he likes to travel and spend time with his 3 dogs Isis, Mikey, and Dakota. He also runs a bakery business with his fiancee where he is able to channel his creative energy.

Wag’n World welcomed Aaron in 2020 and he has since earned the position of Store Manager for our new Heights location. He has cared for dogs FOR THE DURATION OF HIS whole life and currently has a pittie mix. Aaron has recently welcomed a baby girl into his family. He enjoys spending the weekends with his loved ones and playing video games with friends.
