All pricing and policies are subject to change without notice.
Boarding package owners subject to the same policies concerning cancellations or no-shows.
NO REFUNDS on daycare/boarding packages under any circumstances; These are prepaid packages.
examples: (you move, your dog is in an altercation, you are upset your dog got sick while playing/staying in an open cage environment, you are asked to leave, you no longer like coming to Wag’n World, etc).All boarding package holders are not required to place 50% deposits for holiday boarding reservations.
Wag’n World offers a loyalty rewards program to give back to the community that supports us and uses our services. Every dollar you spend earns you 1 point. Every 100 points you earn, gives you a dollar back in return. (ie. You spend $100 for services at Wag’n World and earn 100 points, those points can be redeemed for $1) If you want to use points towards any future services, please notify our front desk personnel at pick up and they will happily redeem your points to apply them to your check out! Points cannot be redeemed for a cash amount for any reason and are only to be used towards services rendered at Wag’n World. Points cannot be used to purchase merchandise or packages for daycare and boarding.
